Static custom Page with Latest posts

It is possible to have a customised home page (advertising my product) as well as displaying the latest posts underneath?

I can easily set the post page to be the home page and I can also easily set my product page to be the homepage but is is possible to combine the two and have my product information and then display the latest posts underneath?

Is it even possible to edit the homepage?
