Hi Coen,
There’s a few things that could be the cause of the issues. Take a look at this document and see if any of it helps you out.

Hi Brian,
Thanks for replying. Yes, I checked all the FAQs. One of the (main?) issues as mentioned above, seems to be that changed options seem not to be saved (first paragraph), the system keeps showing a clock indicating it is working. Most FAQs concern changing the options, so there is little I can do. Please advise. Kind regards, Coen
Coen,
Let’s have you try removing the plugin and table data. Once removed, reinstall the plugin.

If the problem persists then we can move on to further troubleshooting, but I’d like to rule out a bad install first.

Hello Brian,
Sorry I didn’t tell you, but I tried so, and couldn’t get the options saved in step 3 …
Regards, Coen
Are you able to check your error logs for corruption in your mysql tables? You may need to repair using phpmyadmin.

I’m afraid I cannot find error logs.
I can access phpmyadmin, but have no experience with it.
Thank you, Coen
Can you have your host run a check on your mysql tables?
