Start a new topic link

    Hi,

    I’ve inherited a WP blog from another designer. He’s used the theme LiasOrangeC.

    Down the right hand nav panel there’s a link to “Topics” with a drop down list. This already has 3 links in the drop down menu.

    I need to add a fourth link in that drop down list – “Start a new topic”.

    Tried everything but can’t find it!!?

    Heellllp please.
