SSL registration attempts

I am trying to install SSL but receiving this error:
Too many registration attempts from your IP address (https://letsencrypt.org/docs/rate-limits/). Please try after 2-3 hours.

I dont understand why. This was my first attempt to install SSL on this domain.

Any assistance appreciated.
