    Please download CA BUNDLE file from “Download SSL Certificates” page of WP Encryption and install it on your cPanel while installing the SSL cert & key files.

    If you don’t have cPanel and have modified your Apache server config file to use SSL directly from keys/ directory, please check our Apache2 guide at https://wpencryption.com/docs/ to know how to define intermediate cert path in your server config file.

    I got it. My SSLCACertificateFile link was broken. Fixed. Now all is well. TY 🙂

    You should define SSLCACertificateFile path as shown in step 3a of https://wpencryption.com/install-ssl-for-apache-server/

    Then, restart Apache once after changes.
