Squeeze page plug in

I am a newbie to creating web pages. Basically I know nothing about html. I am trying to create a site that anyone can look at and click on the various tabs but to get to one of the pages accessed by a tab it will require your email address. This way I can put downloadable forms on that page for customers but not unless they give me their email. Is this possible? Are there plugins that do this? Preferably free? Thanks
