    My products wont update into woocommerce from square. I think this is because on the update tab under woocommerce settings > square > update the sync process wont complete. Any advice to remedy this?

    In order to stop current Square sync you need to go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > run Clear Square Sync tool.

    To investigate why it’s happening, please make sure to enable logging in WooCommerce > Settings > Square and if it happens again, check Square logs for any errors in WooCommerce > Status > Logs > choose square log files in the drop-down, there might be several files to check.
