Sorry to hear that the sync is not completed, can you please enable debug logging in the Square settings, after that, try a new sync, if it is not completed (or stuck), you can check the debug logs they can be located under WooCommerce > Status > Logs, select the Square specific debug log.

After enabling the degbug logging, the sync now works but the import still gets stuck. I have the debug log for the import, but I have no idea what I’m looking for within it.

while this is a similar issue, please create a thread of your own so that we can track items properly. Make sure to turn on Debug as mentioned above, so that logs can be available to review. Also on that thread please place your System Status Report as well so we can get an idea of what is on the site. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it in your response.
