Square integration issues

Hi, square support is telling me that my account is set up to authorise/capture transactions before they’ll be processed. I’ve followed the steps they’ve provided. Under settings it automatically set to “charge” not authorise. Yet this is still happening. They said to speak to woocommerce for assistance in what could be happening
