Square business locations

Our SSL expired and we had it reissued. During that time, the Square plugin stopped pulling the business locations even though they are there on the Square website. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting and it’s still not pulling them.

Hi there!
Often when the business location is not selectable it’s due to a plugin conflict. I would recommend turning off all plugins except for WooCommerce and Square and then selecting the business location.
Then you should be able to turn all of the plugins back on and everything should continue to work.

Hi, sorry for the delayed response. I actually tried the above suggestion – to disable all plugins and try to connect and then turn back on. It didn’t work. Any other ideas?

Do you have any caching on your site or server? If so, please empty the cache and try connecting again.
Could you please also verify that the locations are still marked as active and approved for card processing? To check this, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Square and enable debug logging. Then, disconnect and reconnect to Square.
To view the log, go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Look for the Square payments log, and click View. It should show something like this:

I cleared the cache several times and it still hasn’t helped.

activeand approved for card processing?It’s possible that another plugin is blocking the connection from completing properly. If possible, please deactivate other plugins leaving only WooCommerce and Square. Then, try reconnecting again.
If it still doesn’t work, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Hi, thanks for getting back with me.
I have confirmed all the locations are active and approved for card processing. We are actively using them in the Square system, they just won’t pull into WordPress for some reason. They were working until we got the new SSL and then they just stopped pulling.
I have tried disabling all plugins and connecting and that didn’t work either.
I submitted a ticket on WooCommerce.com with the system report and included a link to the thread.
Thanks for your help, I’m still hopeful in getting this resolved.
