sponsor and reward program

Hello,
I like to know if there’s some extentions or plugins that might be satisfyting for my needs.
I need to create a site with woocommerce where:
1) has to have a management of customer affiliations, that each new customer, that is going to registered, would be “connected” to one, or more “senior” customers (already registrated) whom invite him to register;
2) each purchase made by the new customer, will let gain some “points” to the “senior” customer/s whose have invited him to register.
