Splash Page Not Working

    Good afternoon,

    I’m having an issue with my splash page on iOS. I already picked the “Splash Screen Icon for iOS” with the respective pixel requirements. However, for some reason, when I restart my PWA, the initial loading screen is still white and then the loader I’ve picked pops up.

    I’m using an iPhone 11, is that maybe why my splash screen isn’t showing up on my phone? Also, is there any other way I can get my splash screen to pop up, including maybe using some CSS code?

    Hello! Thank you so much for the follow-up. This is a screenshot of the splash page section of the plug-in filled out with the necessary information:

    For each section, I’ve provided a png graphic with the exact pixel requirements asked for, such as 320×460 for the iPhone. However, the splash screen still doesn’t pop up on my phone. I also tried 512×512 for each one besides the first bucket, and that also didn’t work. Each time I tap into my app, I’m met with a white screen, then my loader pops up, then my homepage. I’d love to work this splash page factor out so my pwa feels more native.

    Please let me know what other screenshots I can provide to help!

    Sorry for the late reply. We already create a ticket for this issue. It will be fixing in our future updates.

    This issue has been fixed in the latest version of the plugin. please update the plugin and check once then let me know.

    Thank you so much for this update, it works amazingly! The automatic option seemed to stall in the loading process, so I went through the manual uploads, and they’re great. Thanks again!
