I am thinking the write permission for the file ‘public.css’ in the plugin’s folder is not correct. Please check them: are both modes and authors correct?
Same to me.
I cant use 150×150 size thumbnails and checked that ‘public.css’ file has 644 permissions.
Any idea?
Thanks in advance!
I’ve just checked, and the write permissions are the same as what pikero has listed. Not sure if those are *correct*, but that’s what they’re set to on this demo site, and the demo site I had set up where the thumbnails were working previously (which also had the older version of the plugin).
Hi there, I have the same issue. Any new ideas how to fix this? Thanks!
Update from my part:
I deleted all my media (the ones used for thumbnails) and reloaded them. For some reason it seems to have fixed the issue. Not a friendly solution, I know, but I thought I would share.
Cheers!

Thank you.

Is the bug still there?
Hi there, yes the issue is still there. Any solution in mind? Thank you.
Did you change the theme and does the theme use other image dimenstions? If yes please try to regenerate them. With a plugin like “Regenerate Thumbnails”.
Thank you Martin for your answer. I regenerated all the thumbnails with the plugin you indicated but the problem remains. Any idea how this could be permanently fixed? For your information, I used the Recent Posts Extended plugin with the same theme and I didn’t have this problem.
Please provide the address of the website.
Thank you for the URL. Where can I find the widget there?
You have a list of recent post on the front page, this is the plugin. http://www.ethiopianembassy.be/en/
I could not find an error in the plugin. So I am thinking it is an server issue. Either your server admin can debug or you give me access to your server. Since the plugin works with the file system, the database and the WP backend I would need access to each of them. Otherwise I could not help you. You can write me the login credentials to m dot stehle at gmx dot de.
