Hi,
Since updating to the latest version of WordPress and UsersWP the message “specified file failed upload test” appears every time a user tries to upload an image to their profile (this is true for both header/avatar images and images uploaded via file upload field in account form – this is a membership site for artists, with the option to display some of their work in their profile). This seems to happen irrespective of the file type or size.
Uploading to the Media Library within WordPress works fine. This appears to be an issue specific to UsersWP.

Further update… I have browsed the site’s uploads folder and I can see that the files are being uploaded there, but obviously not visible on the account or the profile pages.

We use default WordPress function wp_handle_upload() to handle the file uploaded so it can be issue returned by this function. What PHP version are you using on your site? You can create a support request on https://userswp.io/support/ for further help.
