Special Characters Problem

    If I use duplicator with “PHP Dump” the target host has a time out (it works on another server, but not on this one, although the execution time is 360 seconds). If I use “SQL Dump” it wokrs but then I have wrong special characters.

    Any ideas what I can do to get out of this?
