Special characters

    Hi!

    In my database there are registrations from all over the world.
    When this appears on my PC (Norwegian) looks all right, all letters are correct.
    But when I download a .csv file with the database, all special characters such as the ÆØÅ type and also other letters from other languages are replaced with completely different characters.
    Can this be changed to preserve the correct characters as they were entered?

    This is because the CSV is encoded as UTF-8, so whatever application you are using to display or edit that file must treat it as a UTF-8 file.
