Spanish folder /es on website?

Hello i have a english website http://www.example.com

I would like to have the duplicate but in spanish like this http://www.example.com/es/

I do not want to create another login for the /es/ site but to edit on the english site.

How can i create the spanish pages and put them on the /es/ folder?
