At this time there isn’t really anything you can do anti spam wise. I will look at adding Akismet and other features in the near future.

Is there a way to delete these spam testimonials?
Spam is a pain, but I have to say the growmap anti spam plugin used for comments works brilliantly, its simple yet effective, just by using a tickbox to confirm you are not a bot. I wonder if something similar could be added to the HMS Testimonials plugin.

If you click on Testimonials on the left to give you the list, there is a Delete button on the right hand side of the screen. Sorry it took so long to respond. I got the email but then it was buried and I forgot about it. 🙁

I agree. Adding in more anit-spam measures is on my todo list. 1. Being integration with Akismet and then a few other tricks.
Unfortunately my house was flooded in the Colorado floods and I lost my main computer equipment so this update is taking a bit longer than I would like. It will be released though.
Another fun fact. I thought about NOT adding in the form shortcode specifically because of potential spam issues but decided the plugin would be better with it.

The next version will have several anti spam measures added to it. The last one I am working on is integration with Akismet. It piggy backs off of the plugin so you don’t have to enter a separate configuration. I hope to have this finished this weekend.
