Source Citation Listing Plugin

I’m looking for a plugin that allows you to input a source for an article you are writing, that will be listed at the bottom of a post (or somewhere else where you can manually put it via the template). I.e. say you’re writing an article about politics, and are citing a LATimes article. You’ll want to cite that, but instead of writing out “Source: LATIMES” in the body of the post itself, you could insert the source via a plugin or custom fields, something like that.

Any thoughts? Does such a plugin exists?
