Sort blogroll by latest post?

I am looking for a widget or plugin that will order my blogroll in the order of the blogs’ most recent post, possibly also displaying the title of the most recent post. I know of several Blogger-based sites that have a blogroll like this, i.e. http://www.urbancincy.com/ and http://www.building-cincinnati.com/

Is there a WordPress widget that duplicates this functionality? Thanks in advance.
