Some problems with Chimpy pop-up

Hi,

I match some problems with the Chimpy pop-up form:

– Submit button on thank you page: after a successfully inscription the submit button stay on the pop-up

– When a user is already a suscriber and try a new inscription the message which display is not the good one: this is the unknown error instead already suscribed

– When a suscriber unsubscribe to the mailchimp list, he can’t susbribe again: unknown error message
