Some conditional fields missing in email

Hello,

I have an issue with a form I have made. The form works fine but the email that is sent only shows some of the values entered on the form, with the rest just showing the field labels and no input data.

The form I have made has conditional fields for Caravan and Motorhome. When Motorhome is selected the form sends the email with all entered values as it should do. However when Caravan is selected the email sent does not contain all the values entered on the form. I have scoured your forums and FAQ’s for a solution but i do not see one.

Any help would be most appreciated 🙂
