Social Login setup page

Hello, at the moment then I login with some social network I get to choose if I want to create a new account or I should link social network with existing one. If I click create new, it automatically uses my Facebook or G+ name and surname as a username. How could I have a window where user could create his own username, instead of setting it automatically to name and surname of the social network? I use WordPress Social Login plugin for logging in.

I need something like it is on Ultimate Member website, if you login with Facebook, you get a window where you can set your own username.
