Social Locker Unlocking Issue

    My users are complaining that after they follow us via Twitter or Facebook, they are still unable to get the content.

    1. The locker shows up on the page.

    2. The user presses Twitter.

    3. The screen says THANK YOU FOR FOLLOWING.

    4. The user is still unable to access the content.

    Any suggestions?
