    I’m looking for pop up/under/side solution that will send me a text notification when one is filled out.

    Ideally, it would be a pop top/pop up that would appear once a user has been on the site for x number of seconds. The main requirement is that it would send the text (SMS) once a form is completed.

    I currently have WPForms plus version. As I understand it I would need to upgrade to pro, connect with Zapier, and also Twilio. In addition I would need to add a plugin for pop ups.

    This seems like a lot of add ons for what I want to accomplish. Can I accomplish all of this by simply using Pop Up Builder?
