Without a link to see the problem, it could be many many things.
If that is the link… you’ve got bigger problems than smilies not showing up 😉
In any event the answer as to why is already posted in this forum, I assure you.
You’ve changed your smilies – did you also change all the codes ?

I agree with what Beel said lol…
Check that you havent put spaces infront or after of the syntax required for a smilie. And check that you uploaded them to [wordpress directory]/wp-images/smilies and provided the correct filename for each.
I’ve done all that. When I try to use them just the :laugh:, or whatever one I am using, shows up.
Did you double check the Options to make sure it is set to convert them?
