Slow response time
When I worked at the Forum in wp-admin, created Categories and Forums and saved but when I loaded it didn’t see updates.

Hi @harynokawa,
Are you sure this is a wpForo issue? I recommend deactivate wpForo and check it again.

Also, navigate to Dashboard > Tools > Site health and check it. Some plugins stop WordPress loopback request and make it very slow. Here is an example case: https://wpforo.com/community/how-to-and-troubleshooting-2/slow-when-posting-a-new-topic/paged/2/#post-37642
