Sliding Door Theme

I can’t seem to figure out how to make the website title static without a link. I want one of the categories to be the ‘home page.’

Also, I can’t seem to figure out to get the category header to show up on new pages that I create.

I like this template, but it’s not cooperating and I’m close to dumping it.

Please help
