slider flashes when loading site

A year ago I asked the same question but got no reply. The slider on my website http://www.gemofchina.org is flashing (once) when loading. Anyone can help me to fix that or was it intended to look like that (rather strange)?
WordPress theme is Swiftray
There are 2 Slider plugins I can find on my dashboard (not sure why, because I did not built the site):
