I hope this is the right place to put this. =\
I have been trying to skin my site using this script, but I’m having trouble. Is there any way I can use The Loop, but be able to skin it? Also, is there any way I can skin the comments page?

Update to the latest version and use themes (they do the “skinning” in WP 1.5.x) http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Themes
