I installed this theme and checked locally it is all fine.
When I check your site the below part is missing from that input field.
<canvas width="64" height="200"></canvas>
If you have installed any plugin please try deactivating one by one and check.
Or if have made any modification in theme’s file do let us know.

I too have had the same problem in zerif lite theme.
I disactivated plugin but the animation skill is stop.
i modificated only opacity background in style.css.

Please try to download a fresh copy of theme and replace it with previous one.
Also if you have made any changes in core file of theme, then take backup before updating.
This might help you to solve your issue.
