Site Wait Time

I was hoping someone could help me to work out what is causing 23s waiting time on my woocommerce site.

Basically My Theme on it’s own loads in less than 1 second

Woocommerce with 2013 Theme loads in less than 1 second

My Theme & Woocommerce together takes over 23 seconds to load.

I’ve noticed if i disable any woocommerce widgets on non store pages they load super fast again. But basically any page that references woocommerce at all has huge wait times.

Clearly My Theme & Woocom don’t like each other, but how would i go about finding what the problem is ?
I don’t use any custom woocommerce templates within my theme. The theme technically works with woocommerce but the Waiting time is huge, but the actual load time is perfect.
