Site Loading Extremely Slow

My website ( http://exp.dentavacation.com/ ) is loading very slow and shows “connection lost” at times when working in dashboard posts, pages many times.

It also gives me a message at times that redux framework it uses has a new version now, but i am unable to upgrade it. It gives me a “get it now” link which takes me github page and i am not sure what to do there as its more like a forum.

Contacted hosting support as well to check if this is a server issues, but nothing like that was confirmed.

If anyone could please check and let me know what exactly is slowly down this site.

I have used the same template on http://www.dentalimplants-costarica.com , same versions, but this site is loading absolutely fine.
