Site Having Trouble Loading

Hello,

Currently I am having a problem with pages loading. At some moments it will work quickly with no problem at all, then other times it won’t even load. I’m not sure if this is a server issue or if it is the result of the plugin I downloaded (PayPal by Braintree) to allow the site to take credit cards.
