Site down or hacked?

The url is http://revolutionmediamarketing.com/ which redirects to http://revolutionmediamarketing.net.

All was fine yesterday but today, i couldn’t go into the dashboard and the site’s design/theme is gone. just the writing is up.

any idea what could have happened?? or how to fix this??
