• Backstory: My client randomly texted me saying the site was down… I visited the site and saw this error

I then went on and uploaded a fresh installation of wordpress but kept my original wp-content directory. & wp-config file. Now all of those errors are gone, but I have new ones.

Please visit http://www.caremanagementchicago.com/ all of the errors are displayed on the screen.

Not sure what to do here. Please help me.

do you have wp_debug set to display? (i.e. true)

    – Try MANUALLY updating. Download a fresh copy of the WordPress .zip file to your computer, unzip it, and use that to copy up all files and folders EXCEPT the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory. You may need to delete the old wp-admin and wp-includes folders and files on your server before uploading the new ones. Please read the Manual Update directions first.
Backup: If you haven’t already done, always backup everything (including your database) before doing any actions, just in case something really goes wrong. You can never have enough backups!

Sorry if i didn’t make it clear enough, i’ve done this!

Errors “failed to open stream: No such file or directory” suggest incomplete update.

    So try manually re-updating.

Ok. So I think you were right. I did a completely fresh installation of wordpress. And then FTP’d in her theme files. Please revisit the http://www.caremanagementchicago.com/. You can see those errors are still there but if you scroll down you can see her site is there! SUPER WEIRD. Not really sure what to think/do now, especially since I took this site over for maintenance purposes.

Would you recommend I test this on 4.6 to see if it works again? Thanks.
