(And as you can see there, they are having major issues with other plugins, themes and PHP7)
This is an issue with the new jetpack contact form. SO provided me with a plugin that disabled that aspect of the jetpack contact form whilst still enabling its use.
If you contact them or just try disabling the jetpack contact form in jetpack it solves things – at least it did for me.

I’m unsure of what issues you’re referring too. There are no known incompatibilities with PHP 7. Can you please elaborate on the issues you’re facing so we can work towards resolving them?
Regarding compatibility issues with plugins or themes, we’re also actively working towards resolving them. If you’re aware of any conflicts, let me know and I’ll add them to our issue database so we can try and resolve the issues you’re having.

I simply read the support forum for Site Origin.
Also, your reply and the additional information by someone who is not the OP does not seem to address the posted issue. Perhaps some well done follow up will help other forum readers. This post, not marked as resolved, after a week, needs clarity now.
