You probably use a pre-installed WordPress. It’s better to install WordPress by yourself.
And what difference does that make? Look I paid for this plug in so I expect some support not this sort of brush it under the rug support
I’m still waiting, I don’t see what difference it makes whether its an auto installer or not, the embed of the plug in should work regardless, theres no reason it shouldnt so as a PAYING customer I am entiled to support, so give support.
Auto installer = multisite. It’s good for blogging but that doesn’t works with numerous plugins. Also multisite = slower. Rencontre doesn’t work fine in multisite but this will be fixed in the next update.
You have paid for the Premium plugin. You will have support for the issues with the Premium part. This is not your case.
excuse me? we bought the plugin, we are not using the free version, we bought it on Saturday July 22, email me, I have the transaction ID if you don’t believe me! I need this fixed and now, so stop with this unhelpful attitude and help a PAYING customer!
Are you not going to support the plugin issue that i am having? If that’s the case I kindly ask for a full refund, you haven’t replied to my emails either, realy shocked you’d do this to a paying customer. this is ridiculous, I’ve een waiting over a week for a solutio.
