    hi there

I am working currently on my first website which will have several CPT (pods framework) and for each CPT I am creating single template (as explained in the Elementor’s video).
All is fine till now but I have a question about a specific need.
Sometimes my CPT post should have several ‘pages’ then my idea was to have a specific template for the following cases:
    – A template without any back/next button at the bottom of the post
    – A template with just the button next at the bottom of the post
    – A template with just the button back at the bottom of the post
    – A template with both buttons back/next at the bottom of the post

As far as I understood how the Elementor single post template works I created a single template based on the condition I choose (in that case the category as I want a template by category) but I don’t know if (and how) I can have these different single templates based on the fact that I want to split my post because of his length.
Is it possible even to do so with Elementor single post template ?
I know that I can do that with Anywhere Elementor Pro as you apply a template at each post then you can select the one which suit to the case.

    thanks for your input

  • You can definitely have different single post templates, with each one having a different layout, and having them show up based category. I don’t think it’s possible to have a post length condition however.
