Single IP Registration

    Hello,

    Usually the ip it is dynamic, so if today you have the ip 0.0.0.1, tomorrow you could have the ip 1.1.1.1 in your home, that means that you can login in your account.
    Only servers and domains in internet use a static ip, but not users.

    YEah i know that .. but i still need to restrict them .. its for a small community blog. And i need that option .. one IP one register user
