Simultaneously Download/Upload Images?

Is there a plugin through WordPress or any popular browser that would allow you to right-click an image, download it onto the computer and into WordPress at the same time?

I just thought it would be quicker than having to download an image, then having to upload an image. Since the purpose is to place it on the blog, I was wondering if there was a program that was able to do both things at once.

I tried to search for it but can’t seem to find the right way of saying what this plugin would be or could do.
