Simplifying this page

First off, here’s the page: http://www.totallysketch.com/castandcrew/

It’s currently two pages, one page (the gallery) showcasing the cast & crew, the other being their profiles. I basically want to make it as simple as possible for my client to maintain so he doesn’t have to go back and forth, what’s the best route for me to go? Also, everytime I add a new member, I have to change the CSS width so that the gallery stays in one line and scrolls.
