simple subscribe comment

I am looking for a simple plugin, which would alow comment poster to check checkbox saying I’d like to be notified when new comments are postet to this post. I know there is a “Subscribe to Comments 2.1” plugin, but I am looking for something realy simple with single txt template email. I don’t want to translate the whole “Subscribe to Comments 2.1” plugin to my native language. Thanks.
