Hi,
thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.
Can you please post a link to the page with the table where this problem happens, so that I can take a direct look? Thanks!
Regards,
Tobias
Hi,
thanks! Unfortunately, I’m not really sure how the Lightbox plugin works, i.e. how it finds the images in the page content.
It could be possible that it does not search for images in content that is being added to the page via a Shortcode.
Could you therefore maybe ask the Simple Lightbox developer about this?
Regards,
Tobias
OK. Is there another lightbox plugin that you recommend?
Hi,
sorry, I’m not really familiar with such plugins 🙁

Tobias
OK. Thanks for your prompt replies!
Hi,
sure, you are very welcome!
Best wishes,
Tobias
Hi again. I found a cure. I uninstalled Simple Lightbox and installed Huge IT Lightbox…..voila!….it works.
Now I can’t figure out why the table won’t sort. I deactivated each of my plugins, one-by-one, but none of them made a difference. Ideas? Thanks in advance.
Hi,
great! Thats’ good to hear!
Sorting won’t work in this table due to the combined cells in the table head row. Unfortunately, the DataTables JS library that TablePress uses for this, does not support tables that have such merged cells.
Regards,
Tobias
OK, I can live without sorting feature. May I bother you with another question? I would like the header to be fixed. I installed and activated DataTables FixedHeader Extension and changed the shortcode to [table id=1 datatables_fixedheader=top /] on the edit screen of the “flowers” page, but the header doesn’t seem to be static. Did I do something wrong?
PS – You have the patience of a saint.
Hi,
unfortunately, the Fixed Header Extension won’t work for the same reason 🙁 It also relies on the DataTables JS library (it’s practically an add-on by its developer), so that it also only works in tables that don’t have any combined cells 🙁
Regards,
Tobias
Well, I guess I need to think about uncombining those cells then, huh? Thanks!!!!!
I’m sorry to be such a pain. I just uncombined the cells, but header still won’t fix. Is there something else I need to do?
Hi,
from what I can see, the Extension is working. You will however have to add that offset parameter that is explained at the bottom of https://tablepress.org/extensions/datatables-fixedheader/ because you use a fixed navigation bar. The offset pixels should be 107 in your case.

Tobias
Tobias, you are amazing! That was the trick. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have never had such great customer support!
