sidebars are moving!

this theme is great but the only thing i want to fix is that when someone wants to resize the browser window, the sidbars move to the bottom under the content.. i want the sidebars to stay put on the side..

how do i do that?

and also.. how do i move the logo box to the top and stretch it to the width of the content + 2 sidebars?
