Sidebar Error

Can someone please help me sort this error out:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: tla_ads() in /home2/iscatte/public_html/wp-content/themes/copyblogger/sidebar.php on line 19

I was deactivating plugins and this appreared but my sidebar also disappeared.

I cannot translate the error as I do not know PHP so can you help please?
