Sidebar Arrangement issue

    A while back my Sidebar Arrangement screen disappeared. The blog is working perfectly, but I’d like to re-arrange the widgets in my sidebar.

    The instructions consistently show the Sidebar Arrangement screen… and I no longer have one.
