Sidebar and Comments missing in Single Post

Hello,

I need an urgent help. My blog has suddenly started having an issue where the Sidebar and Comments section have gone missing from the Post pages.

I have already deactivated all Plugins but still not able to resolve or debug the issue. Any help would be great. Here is a link to the page:
