    Hello.

I created my website and since its my first time doing this, I do not have idea how to solve it. Of course I googled it but did not find any solutions so now I ask it here. And “problem” started after I installed plugin LiteSpeed Cache. And I assume that one of the settings I chose is causing problems.

Problem is simple – my side menu ON MOBILE (not desktop) is not working. You can see on this video how it looks and whats problem – https://imgur.com/a/OAPBrQW

And here, you can see how it should work, but do not – https://imgur.com/a/inW2Vtl

i can send you also more info about anything.

If you can help me out, I would be very thankful.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @qtwrk

please go to page optm -> js option -> disable all js options , purge all

    see how it goes

if all off works, then enable them back one by one , to narrow down which one causes trouble , we will see what to do next

Okay i will try but it is very strange.

Yesterday when I did this (go to page optm -> js option -> disable all js options , purge all) – so turned all off purged – it worked. And after 10 hours, it stopped working again. Now I just purged it and it works again. And I assume (or I know) that after some period of lets say 2-3 hours, it will again stop working.

I will try what you said in Js options, as I am sure it has something to do withone of LS Cache settings.

now that sounds like nonce issue

please check in browser dev tool , if there is any 403 error , usually to wp-admin/admin-ajax.php URI

    Thread Starter harkad17

    (@harkad17)

    How do I check it?

I am not professional so its hard for me to understand it like that.

If you can give me more specific help.

    Thanks

when issue occurs , do this

    1. open the page
    2. press F12 , you will see a window called developer tool pop out or pop up , click “network” tab
    3. now click on your menu , and check in dev tool , is there is any new requests shows up in the line , and if so , what’s the name and status

    Sorry for late answer.

Is this it what you were looking for? https://imgur.com/a/DGATqH2

Side menu works on some pages, but on some of them don’t (homepage for example)

    Thanks

emmm? where/how did you see this admin-ajax ? I don’t see it on my browser

but I feel I might be looking into wrong direction , because I tried to bypass current cache and hit a new cache , it still not open on me , then this should exclude the nonce related issue

let’s try a old fashion way , disable all JS and CSS options , purge all , see if it makes it work
