Yes, everything is possible, you just need to override template There you can defined your own rules to show ticket price.
Override template path: YOUR THEME/wp-event-manager/content-event_listing.php

It is depend on your need that you can use price or just info like paid or free.
if you listing event without ticket selling then i think that you can display just #paid or #free.
